Shipping policy

We currently offer local delivery within a 6-mile radius of the Arboretum area. Delivery fees may apply and will be calculated at checkout based on your location.

For customers outside our delivery zone, we offer local pickup from our shop. The pickup address will be provided once your order is confirmed.

Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery, as flowers are perishable and time-sensitive. We are not responsible for deliveries left unattended if no one is available at the time of drop-off.
