At May Lily Designs, we take great pride in the quality and freshness of our flower arrangements. Due to the perishable nature of flowers, all sales are final and we do not accept returns.

However, your satisfaction is very important to us. If your order arrives in poor condition or is significantly different from what was promised, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We kindly ask that you provide a photo of the arrangement so we can assess the issue and determine an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or store credit.
